2. Warranty Period

All Mamazing products come with a 5-year warranty. From the date of your purchase, the warranty is valid for 5 years. Whether you purchase chairs, strollers, high chairs, cribs, mattresses, accessories, or any other products, all items are covered by a 5-year warranty.


3. What the Warranty Covers

Mamazing's warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction. This includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials, workmanship, or design that cause the product to fail to meet standard quality.

  • Functional Failures: Issues like wheels on strollers not turning or adjustment functions failing on chairs.

Within the warranty period, we will provide replacement, refund, or repair services (as determined by the situation).


4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, fading, stains, natural aging, etc.

  • Misuse: Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the user manual.

7. Shipping Costs
