You can submit a price match request within 60 days of your purchase.
Step 1. Contact Mamazing
Email to support@mamazing.com
Step 2. Share your proof
Please include:
- Your name, email and order ID
- Link to the lower-priced item or screenshot showing the price (if available)
Step 3. Verify & Refund
We’ll verify within 1-3 business days and refund the difference to your original payment method once approved.

Black Friday Limited-Time Policy:
This special 60-Day Price Match Guarantee applies to all orders placed from November to December, 2025.
What We Match
1. Price drops on mamazing.com
If an item you bought from mamazing.com goes on sale within 60 days of your purchase, we’ll refund you the difference.
*For pre-sale or pre-order items, the 60-day window begins on the day your order is delivered.
2. Lower prices on other Mamazing authorized retailers
If you find the same Mamazing product - same model, color, and configuration being sold for less on an authorized retailer (like Amazon) within 60 days, we’ll match the price by refunding the difference.
What’s Not Eligible
We’re all about fairness, but there are a few exceptions. We can’t match:
- Prices from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplace vendors (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, Walmart Marketplace), or auction sites (e.g., eBay).
- Prices involving bundled offers, BOGO deals, free gifts, or membership-only discounts.
- Referral discounts, or loyalty program prices.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or special edition items.
Additional Terms & Conditions
To keep things fair for everyone, please review the following important terms before submitting a Price Match request:
- Only purchases made directly from mamazing.com are eligible.
- The price match must be requested within 60 calendar days of the original order date.
- Price match refunds are issued once per item per order - no repeated adjustments.
- The lower-priced item must be identical in brand, model, color, size, and configuration.
- For pre-sale or pre-order items, the 60-day period begins on the delivery date, based on tracking confirmation - not the order date.
