"Nobody tells you how much your body needs support - not just your baby."
Mamazing Mom
"I just sat wherever I could and got through it. I wish I'd had this chair from day one."
THAT'S WHY WE BUILT THIS
Support Starts with a Seat
Real support isn't a one-week thing. It starts in the first days of pregnancy and lasts through every late-night feed and the quiet bonding moments long after.
Newborns feed 8 to 12 times a day. Most moms don't realize this until they're in it, and a regular sofa or rocking chair wasn't built for it.
"Breastfeeding can take several hours each day, especially in the early weeks. A supportive nursing chair can help improve comfort and posture while reducing unnecessary strain on the mother’s body, making those long nursing sessions a little easier."
— @themilknestCertified Breastfeeding Specialist
"While I wish I had it at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey, it's been just as valuable as my daughter has grown. The adjustable armrests make holding her so much more comfortable — it truly is an investment that grows with your family."
— @teachinwithhayTeacher
“As a professional athlete and first-time mom, comfort and quality are everything to me.
The Lullapod Max has been a dream during my final weeks of pregnancy. The ergonomic support and thoughtful design make it the perfect chair to settle into, and I can’t wait to use it for nursing. Mamazing clearly put real thought into what modern moms need.”

Little Things That Help
Breastfeeding benefits both baby and mom — it supports infant immunity, reduces the risk of certain infections, and may lower a mother's risk of breast and ovarian cancer.
— ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists)
Breast milk changes composition over time to meet your baby's evolving nutritional needs — what you produce at 2 weeks is different from what you produce at 6 months.
— Office on Women's Health, U.S. Department of Health
Newborns typically feed 8–12 times in 24 hours — that's up to 8 hours a day spent nursing in the early weeks.
— AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics)
Poor nursing posture can lead to neck pain, back pain, shoulder tension, and even carpal tunnel syndrome — all common in new moms.
— Research published in Applied Ergonomics, 2023
Moms who nurse in non-ergonomic positions for extended periods are significantly more prone to muscle pain — making seating one of the most overlooked parts of breastfeeding support.
— Ratajczak & Gornowicz, 2024
Laid-back and reclined breastfeeding positions are considered among the most ergonomic — they reduce muscle fatigue and help babies manage milk flow more comfortably.
— The Lactation Network / IBCLC-reviewed
Having a designated, comfortable nursing space at home is one of the most practical things a family can do to support a breastfeeding mom.
— USBC / Office on Women's Health
If you're struggling with breastfeeding, an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) can help — they're trained to address latch issues, supply concerns, and pain.

You're Not the Only One Wondering
How do I fix my nursing position so my back and shoulders stop hurting?
The most common culprit is "nursing slouch" — hunching forward to bring your breast to your baby instead of bringing your baby up to you. Try this: sit all the way back in your chair, support your back fully, then use a pillow or armrest to bring baby up to breast height. Your shoulders should stay relaxed and down, not raised. A chair with adjustable arm support can make a big difference here — it holds your arm at the right height so you're not holding baby's weight with your muscles alone.
How do I balance pumping and work after going back?
Start by mapping out when you'll pump — most moms need to pump every 3–4 hours to maintain supply. Block those times on your calendar like meetings. A few things that help: a hands-free pumping bra so you can answer emails while pumping, a dedicated private space (you're entitled to one under the PUMP Act), and keeping a consistent schedule so your body knows what to expect. Don't wait until you're engorged to pump — that makes it harder, not easier.
I'm anxious about low supply - what actually helps?
First: most moms who worry about low supply actually have enough. The best signals are baby's weight gain and wet diapers — not how much you see in the bottle. What genuinely supports supply: nursing or pumping frequently (empty breasts make more milk), staying hydrated, eating enough calories, and reducing stress where you can. A comfortable, supported feeding position also matters more than people realize — when you're tense and uncomfortable, letdown can be harder. If you're genuinely concerned, an IBCLC can assess you in one session and give you a real answer.

Obsessed with the clean aesthetic! (And it's built to last)
Took a chance on this dresser for our minimalist nursery and I’m so glad I did. The light wood grain looks so high-end and modern in person. The drawers slide super smoothly and quietly (a must when baby is napping). What sold me is that the changing topper area feels super secure, but once we are through the diaper phase, it’ll just be a gorgeous 6-drawer dresser that he can use all the way through toddlerhood. No weird chemical smells out of the box either, which was a huge relief. 10/10!

Good! Ordered the chair right after getting the swatch
We were between two colors and I really didn’t want to guess based on website photos. The swatch arrived in a few days, and seeing it next to the crib and wall color made the choice way easier. Ended up ordering the chair that night, and luckily there was a 10% off code too.

The Joie Rue fits! Here to answer the questions you may have!!
Let’s lead with what’s most important- I LOVE it and wish I had this stroller from the beginning. My husband approves as well!
I hated my current stroller. I heavily researched new strollers for weeks and it looks like this one just came out the first week of August, right on time. I had a lot of questions that I couldn’t find answers to. This stroller is so new, mostly only influencers have gotten their hands on it. I took the risk and got it anyway, as it checked all of my boxes as far as I could tell.
1. The biggest question I had: Would my car seat be compatible? I am the proud owner of a Joie Rue… known to be compatible with nothing except its own brand. I took a risk and hit the jackpot. It DOES fit!
2. Can it fold in both parent and world facing modes? Yes! When folding in world facing mode, you do have to make sure the leg rest is leveled straight out.
3. The bassinet pictured with the stroller is the uppababy for those that like the aesthetic of it like myself.*edit- I thought it was the uppababy but it appears to be their new bassinet attachment that looks like the uppababy! Doesn’t look like you can buy it separately yet, but I will be looking out for that myself!
4. You can machine wash the cushion without removing the whole seat cover.
5. The seat cushion can be removed to reveal a mesh back for air flow for the warmer days and hotter kids.
6. The seat cushion is very soft and comfortable! Baby approved!
7. It does recline flat!
8. The carbon fiber does feel sturdy while still being lightweight
9. The little peekaboo window on top has a magnetic closure
10. The cup holder stays on and does not get in the way of folding.
11. Yes, the cup holder will hold your 40 oz hydrojug!!
12. The undercarriage basket holds up to 30 pounds. This is not a double stroller, but could be a good option for families with small children under 30 pounds that actually prefer to ride in the basket.
13. The stroller foot lock is sandal safe, so no more using the top of your foot to unlock!
14. The stroller truly does stand on its own when folded and is very compact for what I’d consider a full size stroller.
15. The harness is a no-rethread, so it just raises and lowers without the need to pull the straps out to adjust. So quick and easy!
Feedback/Suggestion Box:
-when using the car seat and not the included seat, the stroller has no carry handle when folded. It can be carried by the leather push handle if you flip it around but I wish it had a bar or strap through the center to carry without flipping it
-The wheels glide very well and suspension looks good, but the wheels on my other stroller definitely are superior in that category. The wheels could stand to be a little more all terrain, but you may be able to find better wheels that fit if that’s an issue for you.
-I wish there was a small pocket to store the car seat adapters on the stroller
-The magnetic harness clip is a treat!
-The included harness padding is wonderful. A lot of strollers do that have that.
-They should make an attachable board for a second rider option and/or come up with a double stroller that functions just like this one.
-A snack tray would be nice as well.
Overall, I love the versatility of this stroller and the ability to use it from infant and up. I wanted the ability to use a car seat, toddler seat, and maybe one day another small child hanging out in the bottom.
I love the compactness and convenience. It is very sleek and beautiful while selling at a very reasonable price.Giving this stroller 5 stars and hope to one day try their Ultra Air as well for traveling!

crib mattress
Dimensions are accurate - I measured the mattress that we got. You do have to put the cover on once you unpackage this, but it took not very long at all. Super quick and easy. This mattress reminds me of the purple brand ones. I haven't actually laid on this, but some of my kids have and the older ones told me that it was "sooooooo comfy!!" Rave reviews all around.
