1. Warranty Overview

Mamazing offers a limited warranty for all eligible products, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for products purchased through the official Mamazing website or authorized retailers and is limited to the original purchaser.


2. Warranty Period

We believe in the enduring quality of our craftsmanship.

  • Standard Coverage: 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Registered Coverage: 5 years from the date of purchase. Whether it is our strollers with independent recline mechanisms, high chairs, cribs, or accessories, registered products enjoy the full 5-year peace of mind.


3. What the Warranty Covers

Mamazing's warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to malfunction under normal use. This includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any defects in materials, workmanship, or design that cause the product to fail to meet standard quality.

  • Functional Failures: Issues such as stroller wheel malfunctions or adjustment mechanisms (e.g., recline or folding functions) failing to operate as intended.

  • Within the warranty period, we will provide replacement, refund, or repair services as determined by the situation.


4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, fading, stains, or natural aging of fabrics and materials.

  • Misuse & Accidental Damage: Damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the manual, or accidents (impacts, drops, water exposure).

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or replacement parts.

  • Personal Preference: The warranty does not cover subjective aspects such as individual perceptions of comfort, firmness, or minor color variations.

  • Promotional Gifts: No warranty is provided for promotional gifts unless a manufacturing defect is present upon arrival.


5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

    • Proof of Purchase: Order number or invoice photo

    • Product Information: Product name, model, and purchase date

    • Issue Description: Detailed description of the issue along with photos or videos showing the fault

We will respond within 2-5 business days and guide you on the next steps.


6. Warranty Processing Time

We aim to process your warranty request within 2-5 business days after receiving all necessary information. If further investigation or additional details are needed, processing time may be extended.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Warranty Coverage: If the product is covered under warranty, Mamazing will bear the shipping cost for repairs or replacements.

  • Not Covered Under Warranty: If the product is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.


8. Replacement and Refunds

  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, and the same model is unavailable, we will provide a replacement with a similar product from our current inventory or offer a refund.

  • Refund: If the product cannot be repaired and no suitable replacement is available, you may receive a full refund based on the original purchase price.
